Appetizer: Selection of New Year’s Eve appetisers – duck pâté, marinated soft-ripened cheese, smoked salmon, grilled pepper
Main course: English beef fillet marinated in herbs and truffle oil with a bouquetof fresh salad leaves. Potatoes au gratin with cream.
Dessert: Mini desserts, coffee
Night specialities: Lentils in vinegar topped with golden onion served with home-smoked pork and pickled gherkin
